📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies in collaboration with bank partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify insurance product opportunities.

• Train and mentor bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
