📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into paying customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
