📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Participate in product development and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing kitchen schedules.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven experience in bakery operations and product preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local culinary practices and ingredients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
