📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for clients, focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle optimization.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide ongoing coaching and support to clients.
• Educate clients on the principles of holistic health and wellness, including mind-body-spirit connections.
• Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as nutritionists, trainers, and therapists, to provide comprehensive wellness solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in the field of health and wellness.
• Promote Allied Search Pte. Ltd.’s wellness services and build relationships with potential clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the wellness initiative in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Health Coach certification (e.g., IIN, NASM, or ACE) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, with a focus on coaching and education.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and stress management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with wellness trends and technologies in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for promoting health and well-being in a tropical, wellness-focused environment.
