📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor company receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving any credit-related issues
• Analyze credit data using SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and improve our credit and collections processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our credit and collections performance
• Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Follow up with clients and customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any credit-related issues
• Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure our credit and collections processes align with our business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections management
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collections management
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian credit and collections regulations and best practices
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
