📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and support customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to track and manage customer requests and incidents.
• Leverage Salesforce to maintain accurate customer information and interaction history.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer operations.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data center operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of data center operations and interconnection services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
