📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.
  • Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and meets high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Prepare and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of food quality.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
