📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily activities and lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and creative learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Assist in the development and execution of the school's curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of each child.
• Monitor children's progress and provide individual attention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open communication and ensure a supportive home-school connection.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a play school or preschool setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or Montessori certification, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
