📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with our mechanics and vendors.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Oversee the driver training and certification process, ensuring all drivers are qualified and up-to-date with their training.,Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and in compliance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring their optimal condition.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
