📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain food processing equipment such as mixers, blenders, and packaging machines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food processing or related industries.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Experience with food processing equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo food safety certifications (e.g., SMC, IFS).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
