📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.,Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.,Promote local products and services to enhance the guest experience.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and feedback.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Contribute to the development and implementation of guest experience initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with local culture and customs.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
