📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure all food products meet health and safety standards.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.,Optimize food costs and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing and training kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
