📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
