📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
