As a Junior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Assist in setting up and tearing down banquet facilities and equipment.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist in inventory management and procurement of banquet supplies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event planning role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
