Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing a team of store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints.
• Managing stock levels and ordering new stock as needed.
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Monitoring and reporting on store performance.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring all staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
