📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the F&B service department.,Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.,Manage and train a team of F&B staff to maintain service excellence.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
