📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of premises and assets.
  • Train and supervise junior security personnel to maintain high standards of security.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect potential security threats.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Maintain and update security logs and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Monitor access control systems and ensure only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement necessary measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with security equipment, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks as needed.
