📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
