Cloud City Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company in the Bintaro, Banten area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations including opening and closing shifts, handling cash and electronic payments.,Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing to maintain customer satisfaction.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Promote upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or retail service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer volume.,Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
