As a Managed Service Technician (MS), you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training to clients on best practices for maintaining their IT systems.
• Document all technical activities and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Managed Service Technician or similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
