📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mining processes and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with operational targets.
• Develop and implement sustainability programs that minimize environmental impact and promote responsible mining practices.
• Lead innovation projects to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mining operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operational teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Represent PT Timah Tbk at industry events and conferences to share best practices and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management framework.
• Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MineSight.
• Experience in sustainability and environmental management in mining operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
