📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of personnel administration including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
