Jaya Zahra Digital is looking for a Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution process of our products. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about logistics and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process of our products,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Maintain and update distribution records and reports,Provide exceptional customer service to retailers and distributors,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
