Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in a sales or sales management role, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
