📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the client's expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment for events.,Manage event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled efficiently.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.,Maintain a clean and well-presented event space at all times.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attract clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
