PharmaInnovate Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Drug Development Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bangka Belitung. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative pharmaceutical products, from early-stage research to clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug development, a proven track record of successful projects, and a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the drug development process, from pre-clinical studies to Phase IV clinical trials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and regulatory affairs professionals.,Develop and implement strategic plans for drug development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.,Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and industry trends.,Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the drug development lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is a plus.,Minimum of 7 years of experience in drug development, with a focus on pharmaceutical research.,Proven track record of successfully leading drug development projects from initiation to commercialization.,Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs, including ICH-GCP, GLP, and GMP guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software is a plus.,Familiarity with clinical trial design and execution is highly desirable.
