📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.,Manage the procurement of both local and import materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.,Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.,Lead and mentor the purchasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with local market trends and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
