In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our STEM education project, ensuring that our initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will work with a diverse team of educators, community leaders, and volunteers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Using tools like Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Scratch, you will develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and international STEM standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to bridging the gap in STEM education, empowering students to excel in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of STEM education programs in designated schools and communities.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans using educational tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Scratch.
• Coordinate with teachers, school administrators, and community leaders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress, collecting and analyzing data to inform improvements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community events to engage students and educators.
• Collaborate with the central team to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to foster a supportive environment for STEM education.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of STEM curriculum and best practices in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools like Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges in program implementation.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with good English skills for international collaboration.
