As a General Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and processing invoices, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of accounting documents and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
