🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on accessories and gear production.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
