📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily pastry and bakery production, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent taste.
• Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with market trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of pastry chefs and bakers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Optimize inventory and supply chain management to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
• Represent Hai Soon Leong at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and food costing tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Experience in product development and innovation.
