📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and holistic care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Practice Fusion or Epic to maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the standard of care.
• Provide patient education and support to promote adherence to treatment plans and lifestyle modifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Valid physiotherapy license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in advanced techniques, such as dry needling, Graston, or McKenzie, is a plus.
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
